Comfortable Room and Service with Some Drawbacks

The room was very very comfy and tidy. I found the breakfast plentiful. It consisted of various fruits, proteins, and healthy carbs. The location is also close to Elli beach.
I felt it was chaotic with guests moving around. This meant paying extra for loungers elsewhere.

The location was super! Everything I wanted was within walking distance. My room offered a wonderful view of the sea! The bed was comfortable. Staff at the bar was so friendly and made really good margaritas!
I did notice the coffee pods cost extra.

The rooms had refurbishment. I adored the balcony view. Breakfast was multi station. It had classic Greek pastries and British options. The pool looked so nice.
Staff did not seem friendly. They did not want to be there. They needed customer service skills. A smile welcomes guests.
